On Saturday, July 4, 2026, STAR Education Society held a therapeutic Painting & Colouring Workshop for young people as part of our Youth Wellbeing & Career Project, made possible through funding from The National Lottery Community Fund. Art provides a powerful medium for emotional expression and stress relief. In this session, participants explored creative painting techniques, using vibrant colours to convey their ideas, build emotional resilience, and strengthen peer relationships. The collaborative atmosphere fostered confidence and group bonding, creating a safe space for youth to thrive and express themselves.
